During my stay over Christmas, I appreciated the affordability and spaciousness of my room. The hotel's location in the city center was convenient for exploring and getting around. the breakfast selection was decent and enjoyable.
There were some negative aspects that detracted from my experience. The room decor was dated and could use a refresh.

Price ok. The whole place is decorated in an totally unclassy "arty" manner. To me it seems like kindergarten with too much colours and brushes on their hand. But it's different alright. And a huge place.
The restaturant is not connected to the hotel, so I couldn't be billed. Albeit it's the same place used for breakfast!!?? Also I tried to call the hotel from the car maybe 7 times without getting an answer. When I asked about this, the man in the reception told me he was working alone and not able to answer the phone. Strange arrangement for a hotel. The wifi is censored, and that means it can through you out from where you're surfing anytime. My company's website was obviously too dangerous (and I can assure you, it isn't)

Excellent interior architecture. Spacious, well-appointed room. Good breakfast, served since early in the morning.
Very bad location. No good way to get to and from the closest airport. I would recommend some form of shuttle service. Staff was friendly could barely speak English.

Stayed here over Christmas and was pleasantly surprised by the unique character of the hotel - a converted historic factory. Decorated rooms were a plus, and it was great to see art by young artists. the location was a key factor for us - close to public transportation and easy to get around. the breakfast buffet also impressed us with fresh orange juice and a variety of options.
Some aspects left a lot to be desired. the construction materials used felt cheap and uncomfortable.

Nothing (!) This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
The hotel rooms are not suitable for business travellers. Rooms do not have irons, hangers, cupboards or showers (unless you pay for a premium room). On two occassions the restaurant was closed resulting in a long taxi journey to find somewhere to eat - this place is far from any other restaurants, bars or shops.

Very nice hotel, not ordinary

It was promoted as an artistic/art hotel - which is only true in common spaces (e.g.) lobby but not in all hotel rooms.

The telephone did not work, and the hotel was not able or willing to fix the problem.

The hotel decoration is amazing. We had a suite with a huge 2-places bathtub in our room for quite a cheap price. The breakfast is complete and of good quality.
The hotel is not located in the center of the town: you have to take your car for each activity or going out. However it was never a problem to find a place to park in the street.

Price for the stay was quite ok. Spacious room.
Stains on the carpet in the room, cold bathroom, free wi-fi is very slow and only then clicking on advertisement every 15 minutes. Only one very slow elevator.

We needed a nice place to have a quick stopover on our way to Paris and it was perfect. Easy to get to from the autobahn, in beautiful surroundings and great value for money.

Nice environment in the hotel with a nice staff. Excellent restaurant and very satisfying breakfast buffet. Quite a big and cosy room with good internet connection. Decisely recommended!
The cost for the breakfast is quite unreasonable (12 €) although it's very rich.
